Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Case Management - Case Mgt to join our travel team in Santa Rosa, CA! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active CA Case Manager,2704.861060.27686 license
• 2+ years of Case Management - Case Mgt experience
• This position begins on 09/09/2024 and ends on 12/09/2024
