Job Description

1. Understand the Russian market, including new customer information and requirements. Liaise with the headquarters in China to expand the railway transportation market in Russian-speaking regions such as Russia and Central Asia. Promote company business.
2. Service and maintain new and existing customers. Develop high-quality customers and explore potential customer needs. Summarize and organize customer data.
3. Monitor the market trends and development of the Russian-speaking railway freight forwarding market. Regularly update and compile quotations for various routes. Prepare promotional materials for freight transportation products and provide business collaboration support to the management.
4. Assist the sales department in obtaining orders. Handle customer inquiries and provide competitive pricing to maximize company interests.
5. Coordinate and resolve issues encountered during the transportation process in a timely manner.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
