Canada (Remote, PST)
Fulltime Only




Slack & Google Workspace Admin (US Time Zone Support)
We are seeking a self-motivated and quality-driven Slack and Google Workspace Administrator to join our team, supporting enterprise SaaS applications in US time zones.

Responsibilities:
Enterprise SaaS Applications Administration and Operations (75%)

Manage and support applications, including:
Google Workspace
Slack
Zoom
Box
LDAP
Handle employee onboarding/offboarding requests, Slack apps, Google Marketplace, and Slack channel share requests.
SSO Integration (10%)
Independently manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using OneLogin.
Runbook Review and Improvement (15%)
Audit existing runbooks, identify gaps, and create/update guides.
Triage, process, and resolve operational requests while managing escalations.


Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years as a Slack Admin and Google Workspace Admin.
Preferably 8+ years of experience in IT.

Skills:
Strong customer service orientation and collaboration skills.
Confidence in handling operational tasks and working with non-technical users and 3rd-party vendors.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and resolve customer requests professionally.

Availability:
Must work PST hours (US West Coast).
Overtime requires prior approval.

Operational Readiness:
Ability to meet resource demands and implement contingency plans for attrition.
