Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce safety and security policies in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct safety orientations, provide ongoing training programs for employees, and oversee surveillance systems while implementing security protocols.
- Perform routine safety audits and inspections to detect potential risks.
- Work alongside HR and other teams to promote a strong safety culture.
- Document and maintain records of safety procedures and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a safety role in manufacturing.
- CSP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Manufacturing environment experience.
