About Prime Meats.
Prime Meats is a family-owned private meat packaging and distribution company based in Duluth, GA. Prime Meats has been serving restaurants, butcher shops, and grocery stores in the Southeast since 1992.

• Competitive pay (makeup to 100k! with added commission).
• Monthly car allowance and cell phone allowance ($1,000).
• You will be eligible to receive a guaranteed $1,500 bonus for the first 3 months and a $750 bonus for the following 4-6 months OR commission of gross margin (You will receive the higher of the two).
• 3-6% Sales Commission achieving on gross margin + $100 for each new customer ($200 gross margin sale must be achieved).

Sales Representative Purpose:
Developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. Account executive works to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and deliver a positive customer experience.

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Gain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, and maintain profitable sales margin.
• Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers with everything they need.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Meets with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
• Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.

Sales Representative Skills:

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Food Industry, Hospitality, or Customer Service background required.
• Bi-lingual (preferred).
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
