Responsibilities and Duties - Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution
- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
- Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
- Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
What you bring to the table: - Ability to engage with clients through phone and video tools or media
- Ability to communicate ideas with all different kinds of people
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Self-discipline and effective time management
Compensation: - 100% Commission based up to 12%
