Job Title : Salesforce Administrator/Developer (US Citizens Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and configure Salesforce CRM, including user setup, profiles, and permissions.
Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to enhance functionality and user experience.
Implement automation using Process Builder, Flow, and triggers to streamline business processes.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems (ERP, marketing platforms, etc.) using APIs, middleware, or third-party tools.
Maintain and ensure data integrity, including data imports, exports, and migrations.
Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, create user guides, and deliver training sessions.
Conduct testing and deploy new features or updates in a controlled manner.
Address system issues, monitor performance, and suggest improvements to enhance the platform's effectiveness.
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer with strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features and functionalities.
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification is required. Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II) certification is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce development tools.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, REST, or SOAP.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security models (profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
