We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Developer to join a successful healthcare company delivering innovative healthcare solutions. This role is key to the successful rollout of projects and offers the opportunity to contribute to other critical initiatives beyond the initial launch.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions within the Salesforce platform, including advanced features such as Flow Orchestration and Apex development .
- Apply hands-on expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to address healthcare-specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Architect and other stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Work with both Waterfall (current) and Agile methodologies, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Scrum practices (including 2-week sprints and storyboard usage).
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Salesforce development , with strong skills in Flow Orchestration and Apex development .
- Hands-on experience and a solid understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum methodology, including work with sprints and storyboards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team .
Highly Desired (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud , Marketing Cloud , Financial Cloud , and/or Benefit Cloud .
