Job description and what you’ll do : ARI is growing and we’re looking for a Salesforce Junior Administrator. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team. As a Salesforce Junior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization by maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce CRM system. You will work closely with our Enterprise Platform Manager and program teams to ensure optimal utilization of Salesforce, driving efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Import, export, and clean data within Salesforce to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Reporting and Analytics: Assist in developing and maintaining custom, summary and matrix reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to support sales and management decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and workflows, streamlining operations and increasing efficiency.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve user issues and errors related to Salesforce, providing timely and effective support.
- Customization: Assist in configuring Salesforce settings, including maintaining credentials for connected applications, modifying custom objects from managed packages, mapping custom fields with their appropriate data types, and configuring page layouts and lightening record pages.
- Training: Provide basic Salesforce training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices to maintain the system's effectiveness.
- Documentation and Process Mapping: Adheres to Agile Methodology best practices by efficiently mapping processes and maintaining thorough, up-to-date documentation to ensure streamlined workflows and scalable continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications to Apply :
- United States Citizenship
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Jr. Administrator or related role.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including user management, data management, reporting, and configuration.
- Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and end-users.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and learn new Salesforce features.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance or other government agency equivalent
