Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Product Owner for Salesforce, with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud initiatives.
Partner with business stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators.
Translate strategic business objectives into actionable user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
Lead agile ceremonies and manage the product backlog to ensure high-quality feature delivery.
Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and marketing teams to implement effective marketing automation and customer engagement strategies.
Ensure compliance and data governance across marketing cloud campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and support continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification is required.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager leading Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to interpret complex business needs and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
