Job Description
We are looking for a talented Salesforce System Administrator to join our team and manage our Salesforce Orgs within Salesforce GovCloud. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in maintaining existing applications and onboarding new users. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the optimal performance, security, and usability of our Salesforce systems.
Key Responsibilities
- System Maintenance: Oversee the daily administration and maintenance of Salesforce Orgs in Salesforce GovCloud.
- Application Management: Manage and enhance existing Salesforce applications to meet organizational needs and compliance standards.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new applications and users, including setup, configuration, and training sessions.
- Security Management: Ensure the security of Salesforce environments by effectively managing user roles, permissions, and data access.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support to users, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve system performance.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement best practices to optimize Salesforce usage.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator, particularly in Salesforce GovCloud.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Proficient in Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and system customization.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- Experience working in a government environment with familiarity in relevant regulations and standards.
Clearance Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $66,400 - $91,000. Actual salary will be determined based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements, and may fall outside of this range.
