Required skills:

– Experience in identifying and resolving reading and AMI-related exceptions, errors, and disputes using SAP Exception Management Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge
– Awareness of utility industry regulations affecting billing and invoicing processes. Business Process Optimization
– Ability to analyze current reading and billing operations, identify inefficiencies, and recommend automation or process improvements to reduce errors and enhance efficiency.
