Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Screen Printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in screen printing, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves operating screen printing equipment, preparing artwork, mixing inks, and ensuring high-quality prints on various materials.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain screen printing equipment, including manual and automatic presses.
•
Prepare screens by coating, burning, and reclaiming as needed.
•
Mix inks to match color specifications accurately.
•
Align and register prints for consistency and quality.
•
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
•
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
•
Troubleshoot printing issues and make necessary adjustments.
•
Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
•
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
•
Experience: Minimum of [3] years in screen printing.
•
Proficiency in operating screen printing equipment and tools.
