Job Description:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Facilitating agile meetings back log creations with a lot of standard scrum master stuff.
• Get more domain knowledge and want this person to be an integral part of the team.
• Wants them to speak intelligently. have an interest in team: this position is unique. once they get settled they can be on their own then just supporting their teams.

1) Basic excel skills

2) PowerPoint and be able to create decks.

3) Jira or an equivalent (agile tool).

4)Power BI they pull the data- governance and there is standardized reporting.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.

• Proficient with Jira, Agility tool, Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and reporting tools (with user level exp. ) such as PowerBI would be a plus.

• Scrum Master, SAFE, CSM or other agile certification is a must

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience

Reporting tool: Power BI, Tableau, Looker or any other reporting tool on user level experience.

Certification: CSM , Safe or Agile

Tracking tool: Jira and HP ALM
