We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master/Product Owner to lead and manage Agile projects while bridging the gap between business objectives and product delivery. This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of Scrum practices, optimizing team performance, and maximizing product value.
Key Responsibilities :
- Scrum Master Duties :
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure that Scrum processes are adhered to and identify areas for improvement.
- Guide and coach the development team on Agile practices and principles.
- Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions and disruptions.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure continuous improvement in Agile methodologies.
- Product Owner Duties :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Clearly define user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Communicate product vision and requirements effectively to the development team.
- Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery by making key decisions on feature prioritization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or in a similar Agile role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are preferred.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
