Job Title: Selenium Tester(US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver for web applications.
- Execute and troubleshoot automated test cases, ensuring proper coverage of business requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand application functionality and test requirements.
- Design, implement, and maintain test frameworks to enhance test automation efficiency.
- Identify, log, and track software defects using defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and load testing to ensure the quality and performance of applications.
- Review system specifications, business requirements, and user stories to create comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Participate in Agile Scrum meetings, providing feedback on testing progress and test results.
- Optimize test execution time and performance while maintaining high test coverage.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify test automation needs and implement solutions.
- Continuously improve the testing process and contribute to the development of best practices for automated testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Selenium Tester or QA Automation Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for test automation.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and test case design.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation.
- Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
- Experience in version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman or RestAssured is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo for automated test integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
