All Lines Technology is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Client Hardware Technician to assist with the rollout of new client devices within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Download and Deployment: Download the corporate image to new laptops and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the process.
Testing: Conduct testing of the image on lab devices to ensure proper functionality.
Documentation: Track and document testing results, providing detailed reports.
Recommendations: Make recommendations for changes to the download processes and image based on testing results.
Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues during field device deployments.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in deploying, testing, troubleshooting, and managing corporate client images in a large enterprise environment.
Proficiency with MS Windows and experience working with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
