Job Description

Position Overview: As a Senior Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site events, coordinating community events, and developing an effective events strategy. You will work closely with various teams, vendors, and clients to ensure the success of each event. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all aspects of on-site events, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives

- Work with vendors to negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and secure necessary equipment and services- Develop and implement an effective events strategy to increase attendance and engagement

- Oversee the creation and distribution of event materials, such as invitations and marketing materials- Collaborate with various teams to ensure all event details are executed smoothly, such as catering, entertainment, and logistics

- Handle all event-related invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

- Utilize software and tools, such as Reserve Cloud and CMS platforms, to manage event registration, communication, and data collection- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, troubleshooting, and attendee assistance- Create post-event reports and gather feedback to continuously improve future events

Qualifications: 

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a senior role- Excellent organizational, time-management, and project management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel- Experience with Reserve Cloud and CMS platforms is a plus- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed for events

- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box- Strong problem

-Solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges calmly and effectively- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred.
