Exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst for a $1B international company located in Alpharetta. Compensation is up to $100k.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly financial reporting packages and in-depth analytics
- Participate in the annual budget and monthly forecasting process
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute sophisticated financial reports for internal reporting
- Monitor and assess product margins, pricing strategies, and cost structures
- Provide functional teams with in-depth financial analysis including cost analysis and variance explanations
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and other requests as required by management
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes and work with necessary stakeholders to implement positive changes
Qualifications Education, Experience, Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, or finance is preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting / financial analysis experience
Competencies, Skills, Knowledge:
- Excellent organization, time-management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and with teams
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with data visualization software such as Tableau / PowerBI a plus
- JD Edwards and Hyperion experience preferred
