13611 – Senior IT Systems Administrator (onsite) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required: • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Expertise in observability tools for metrics, logs, traces, and alerts.
• Experience with on-premises and multi-cloud infrastructure components.
• Experience with AIOps and predictive platform integration.
• Experience developing enterprise monitoring strategies and manage SLAs/KPIs.
Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide monitoring and observability strategy.
• Establish and maintain SLAs, KPIs , and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and solutions.
• Manage the roadmap for monitoring and automation tools, including tool integration.
• Provide training and support for stakeholders to utilize monitoring insights effectively.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts for system performance.
• Continuously improve monitoring processes and adopt innovative solutions to enhance observability.
