Job Description:-
This role involves server administration, domain/DNS management, user/domain security, ITIL ticketing, and support for critical TIERS systems. Duties
include 24x7 on-call rotation, weekend work, and occasional on-premises support.
Required Skills:-
8+ years in network facilities, system administration (Windows/Linux), IT governance, and security.
Expertise in LDAP/Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, Hyper-V, VMware, and AWS.
Hands-on experience with server support, hardware upgrades, ITIL ticketing (Remedy, ServiceNow), and application support.
Preferred Skills:-
Experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, SFTP, SQL Server clusters, and WAF systems (Imperva, AWS).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and data center coordination skills.
