Salary: $178,500 - 232,000 per year Requirements:

• A strong background in software with experience in hardware integration.
• Proven experience with operational testing.
• Familiarity with coordinating air operations on government-owned ranges and airspace.
• Excellent skills in briefing and presenting information; capable of communicating technical details to a mixed audience of government and vendor representatives.
• Ability to facilitate communication with test range facilities to ensure effective coordination prior to test events.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Prior experience in uniformed or civilian service within a military department, preferably in an RDTE environment.
• Preferred qualifications include a TS/SCI clearance and an FAA Part 107 license.

• As the Lead in Systems Engineering and Test, I will be responsible for planning, developing, synthesizing, briefing, and executing test plans that align with government objectives, while coordinating with the range team. I will also create long-term and short-term plans to ensure coherent, logical, and appropriately scoped test events. Additionally, I will align software states with the required government test objectives, manage air operations on government-owned ranges and airspace, and integrate software with hardware systems.
