Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Exciting opportunity for a growing commercial HVAC contractor, is looking for a Service Coordinator - Dispatcher to join their team in Green Brook, NJ. Let us help you take the next step in your career.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently dispatch and coordinate service requests.
Communicate with technicians and clients to ensure timely service delivery.
Provide triage support to client needs.
Maintain accurate records of service calls and work orders.
Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams for technician billing and hours.
Ensure top-notch customer service via phone and email.
Qualifications:
Have prior experience in a service coordination or dispatcher role.
Possess basic knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
Excel in a fast-paced environment and enjoy multitasking.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Stay calm and professional under pressure.
Are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Have the interpersonal skills to work with a variety of client and employee personalities.
