Job Description
Randstad is looking for an experienced logistics disptacher to support a local client. This is a true contract remote position paying $18/hr. Contract will be seasonal for 4-6 months. MUST be availabe to work any work schedule between 8am to 7pm, and days of the week. Customer service/dispatching experience is a MUST. Responsibilities - Receive and dispatch service calls efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely response to service requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Update and maintain scheduling software and dispatch logs.
