Job Description

Randstad is looking for an experienced logistics disptacher to support a local client. This is a true contract remote position paying $18/hr. Contract will be seasonal for 4-6 months. MUST be availabe to work any work schedule between 8am to 7pm, and days of the week. Customer service/dispatching experience is a MUST. Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch service calls efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely response to service requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Update and maintain scheduling software and dispatch logs.
