Position Overview: As a Service Valet, you will be the first and last point of contact for our service department customers, creating a positive and welcoming experience. Your role will involve handling vehicles with care, assisting with service flow, and ensuring a smooth process for our customers. We’re looking for candidates with a strong work ethic who are eager to contribute to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive, assist with parking, and guide them to the service area
- Safely move customer vehicles to and from the service bays
- Keep the service drive, parking areas, and valet workstations clean and organized
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles for customers when their service is complete
- Assist the service team with customer coordination, vehicle staging, and other tasks as needed
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to all dealership visitors
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
