Full-Time Sign Installer

This full-time role offers:
- Starting pay at $50,000 - $60,000 per year with opportunities for overtime pay. Per diem is provided when applicable/traveling

Responsibilities:
- Install a variety of signs including, but not limited to, LED, illuminated, vinyl, and dimensional signs.
- Operate bucket trucks, lifts, and other equipment to safely install signs at various heights and within OSHA standards.
- Perform maintenance and repair work on existing signs.
- Ensure all installations comply with company standards and local regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the installation team to complete projects efficiently and safely with a can do attitude and willingness to tackle challenges if they arise.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, with proper care of tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sign installer or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Experience operating bucket trucks is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring related to sign installations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability and willingness to work at heights.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, and out-of-town stays as needed. Per diem is provided for travel.
