Requirements:
high school diploma or GED and eleven (11) years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, and seven (7) years of related experience.

Thorough understanding of software structures, hardware, computing systems, and how to integrate them
Assists in driving monitoring and observability standards to improve the customer experience of mission-critical applications, services, and business processes. designs, maintains, and optimizes enterprise-scale cloud observability platforms
Supports and debugs on-premise, cloud, and hybrid systems and services
Coordinates with development teams to ensure effective delivery of observability services.
AWS certification is preferred.
Background in Systems and Software Engineering for On-Premise and Cloud Applications
Experience administering multiple observabilities or APM systems
Fundamental knowledge of configuration management and automation tools, with experience in Terraform, Packer, and Ansible
Proficient in Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages
Proven track record of automating repetitive tasks or complex workflows
