As a Solar Consultant at Republic Financial Services, you will play a vital role in promoting our solar energy solutions to consumers. Responsibilities
- Educate homeowners on their existing solar lease/PPA terms and how to cancel them.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background in sales, consulting, or customer service.
- Experience with solar leases, PPAs, or energy consulting is a plus, but not required.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Professionalism and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage your own schedule and follow up consistently.
- Provide honest, clear solutions based on each client’s needs.
- Guide clients through the process of canceling or renegotiating unfavorable solar contracts.
- Manage client communications from initial contact to resolution.
- Work independently with the backing of a top-tier support team.
- Stay current with solar contract trends, financing pitfalls, and cancellation laws.
