Job Description

We are seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our established organization! This individual will plan and present age-appropriate activities for children with special needs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree

- Experience with kids 0-3 yrs

- At least 12 ECE units

- Experience leading a classroom

- CPR and First Aid Certified

- Pass a fingerprint and background check.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote creative growth and growth in all developmental domains by the program's philosophy and policies.

• Create, plan, and implement a weekly lesson with the Infant Development Specialist on the Developmental Domains.

• Create a fun and safe learning environment.

• Follow classroom schedule and routine to ensure adequate physical activity and playtime.

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents

• Supervise and train support staff

• Lead in the routine of the classroom.
• Work with IDS in adapting equipment, curriculum, and behavior plans
• Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress throughout
• Maintain the health and safety of all students

• Previous experience in teaching

• Passionate about working with children

• Ability to build rapport with children

• Positive and patient demeanor

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

More than one position available can be full-time or part-time, with the potential of becoming full-time after 30-60 days. Competitive Salary, benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a related field

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
