Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the entire construction project start to finish.
- Creating project plans, budgeting, coordinating with the design team, and working with the job site teams to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Work directly with Preconstruction Teams, Job Site, Executive Management, and Clients teams to ensure project success.
- Prepare permit applications, design calculations, equipment selection, process layouts, engineering specs and cost estimates.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years Electrical Project Manager Experience
- Electrical Maintenance/Design-Build Experience
- Ability to travel to jobsites when needed in NYC/5 Boroughs ~ 25%
- College Degree Preferred
