Job Description
The Cameron Case Executive Search Group is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney to join a dynamic RE practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and lending transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal foundation, and excellent organizational skills.
Duties
- Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, from initial contract negotiations through due diligence and closing.
- Provide legal counsel on real estate development projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent lenders in real estate-secured financing transactions, advising on deal structure, risk mitigation, and document preparation.
- Manage complex engagements involving multiple stakeholders in a team-oriented setting.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, financing documents, and other legal instruments related to real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with clients to provide strategic advice on real estate investment and development opportunities.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of legal experience in commercial real estate matters.
- Strong background in property acquisition, disposition, and real estate development.
- Experience representing lenders in real estate-secured transactions.
- Leasing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage complex legal projects with efficiency and accuracy.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
