Construction Superintendent Water/Wastewater
Skills/Qualifications:
- prior experience as a Superintendent- 5 years (preferred) water/wastewater treatment plant exposure- ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire field operation of a water/wastewater treatment construction site
- good communication, organizational and leadership skills
- excellent knowledge of project drawings and specifications
- familiarity with regulatory construction standards
- the ability to lead craft labor and subcontractors to complete projects on time and within budget
Responsibilities
- Perform work on Heavy Civil projects
- Overall management of daily operation of construction projects
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Create and manage project schedule
- Monitor budgets and controlling cost
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Coordinate subcontractors and construction site organization Qualifications
- Order material and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process
- Effectively recruit and train new employees
- Prepare daily reports and time cards
