Main Duties:

Organize export shipments and ensure all required documentation is prepared
Source materials, negotiate pricing, and monitor supplier performance
Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in the supply chain
Lead and coordinate a team to plan and execute delivery schedules

What skills do you need?

A degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Purchasing, or Sciences
Experience in a similar position, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage various projects
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (proficiency in Maltese is advantageous)
A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to lead effectively and work collaboratively
Familiarity with import/export regulations (ideal)

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
