Job Title: Surgical Tech - Certified OR Professional
Duties:
- Set up and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures.
- Assist with draping, instrument passing, and other intraoperative duties.
- Ensure all instruments are accounted for and functional before, during, and after surgery.
- Support the surgical team in emergency situations with swift instrument preparation.
- Maintain compliance with all operating room protocols and standards.
Skills:
- Proven experience with scrubbing for major surgeries, at least 2 years required.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED is a prerequisite.
- Valid NBSTSA CST Certification and AHA BLS certification required.
Pay Range:
- Weekly: $1,650 - $1,875
- Monthly: $6,600 - $7,500
