Job Description: Tax Accountant CPA

Prepare and examine tax returns for individuals and businesses to ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations.
Provide expert advice on tax strategies to help clients minimize their tax liabilities and maximize financial outcomes.
Conduct thorough research on tax legislation and changes to ensure the firm and clients are compliant with all applicable laws.
Assist clients in identifying and implementing taxsaving strategies through proactive consulting.
Maintain detailed and organized records of tax documents and correspondences.
Work collaboratively with a team of accountants and support staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their tax status requirements and necessary documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide the highest level of service.
Participate in regular peer reviews to ensure compliance with firm quality standards.

Must hold a valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and tax compliance requirements for various entities.
Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A minimum of 25 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in preparing complex tax returns and providing consulting services.
Experience working with a variety of clients across different industries preferred.
