Team Member Position Overview:
- Deliver unparalleled hospitality to our guests
- Train and serve in designated roles including customer service, food prep, prepare recipes, cashier, cleanliness, supply pickup/shopping, marketing and promotions
- Consulting and assisting customers in choosing the right smoothie, shake and/or juice to help them reach their health and fitness goals.
- Support fellow team members
- Make custom-blended drinks
- “FRIENDLY UPSELLING” of our nutritional supplements and add- ins
- Providing guests with information regarding our products
- Providing the best TOTAL experience in the business
Ideal candidates must meet the following requirements:

- Energetic, Positive, Friendly and Dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Food Service experience preferred but not required
- Commission Sales experience helpful
- Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
- Genuine care and understanding for people's needs
- Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!
- Must be at least 16 years old Must have reliable transportation
