We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, promoting our products and services, and securing sales appointments through effective communication and excellent customer service skills. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to handle objections and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided list to promote our products and services.
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate interest in our offerings, qualifying leads to pass on to the sales team.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, address their questions and concerns, and build positive relationships to encourage future sales.
Sales Appointments: Schedule sales appointments and meetings for the sales team to follow up on qualified leads.
Data Management: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to previous contacts to maintain interest and move leads through the sales pipeline.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer reactions, issues, and trends to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive manner.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with potential customers and handle objections effectively.
Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple calls and leads efficiently.
Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software or databases is a plus.
Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve sales targets.
