You must possess the experience, passion, and drive to ensure we maintain a great pipeline of qualified Commercial Drivers for our fleets and various locations across America.

You are skilled at establishing rapport and building trust quickly with all applicants and potential new drivers.

What You Will Be Doing
Work directly with over 50 national carrier business partners to attract, assess, identify and hire Class A CDL Driver talent in America.
Partner with and lead Hiring Managers through the recruitment process (from kick-off to background referencing)
Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future needs
Create or update job posting descriptions as necessary to advertise and attract target applicants
Implement and execute a purpose-driven hiring strategy
Build and apply best practices, maintaining a mindset of best-in-class recruitment
Continuously grow your network and knowledge by staying up to date with industry changes, tech trends, and community relations
Ability to build your own team earning you additional commissions.
Follow appropriate filing administration practices of recruitment materials (job descriptions, referencing reports, etc.)
You will be experienced in placing ads and acquiring leads.
This is a contractual w-9 position. You will operate as an independent office working from home.
Your schedule is yours to work and arrange. Your pay will directly relate to your activity. We have full-time recruiters making $100,000 per year. Your activity dictates your pay.
What We Need From You
A combination of education and industry experience
Demonstrate a creative approach to sourcing, attracting, and engaging Class A CDL driver candidates - you know where they are and what it takes to bring them on board
High proficiency with social media apps, and recruitment tools (like LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized, proactive, and able to switch easily between a "get it done" behavior and strategic thinking
