We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Vacation Planner. In this role you will be responsible for designing and coordinating personalized vacation experiences for clients ensuring all travel arrangements meet their unique preferences and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their vacation preferences including destinations activities and budget.
Plan organize and book travel arrangements including flights accommodations transportation and excursions.
Create personalized itineraries that cater to clients needs offering a mix of luxury adventure or relaxation as desired.
Coordinate with travel vendors hotels and tour operators to secure the best rates and exclusive offers for clients.
Stay updated on travel trends destination insights and travel restrictions to offer expert recommendations.
Monitor and manage travel budgets to ensure all plans stay within financial guidelines.
Provide clients with detailed travel information itineraries and local tips to ensure a smooth and enjoyable vacation.
Handle any lastminute changes cancellations or emergencies to ensure clients travel plans are uninterrupted.
Track travel trends and maintain reports on client preferences and popular vacation destinations.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Proven ability to manage budgets and make costeffective decisions.
Passion for travel with knowledge of popular vacation destinations and experiences.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
Prior experience in travel planning or customer service is a plus.
