Description of the role:
The role of the Valet/Porter at Lincoln of Memphis is to assist Service Advisors in the Service Lane. As a Valet/Porter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by promptly and safely moving customer vehicles to and from the service area, ensuring the smooth operation of the service department.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and park customer vehicles in designated areas
- Assist Service Advisors in greeting customers and identifying their service needs
- Keep the service lane organized and clean, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
- Assist in delivering vehicles to customers after service is completed
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any damages or issues to the Service Advisors
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a valet or porter preferred
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
