Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Support
Design engaging marketing materials using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
Assist in managing social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and emerging trends.
Plan and coordinate events, including meetings, fundraisers, and company gatherings.
Administrative Excellence
Coordinate travel arrangements and handle executive scheduling.
Professionally manage calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
Proactively manage administrative tasks and improve workflows.
Utilize CRM tools (such as HubSpot) to manage client data and communications.
Strategic Systems & Support
Create systems that keep executives on track and ahead of deadlines.
Manage task delegation and ensure smooth team communication and progress.
Optimize time management and calendar coordination to maximize productivity.

Required Qualifications:
Experience: At least 4 years of administrative support experience, ideally in a tech-driven environment.
Tech Skills: Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).
Soft Skills: High-level professionalism, critical thinking, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Bonus Points For:
Familiarity with the EOS Operating System.
Multilingual skills.
Experience with creative tools like Photoshop, InDesign, or other design software.
