Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Wellness Coach to join our Employee Wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized guidance and support to employees in achieving their health and wellness goals. If you are enthusiastic about helping others lead healthier lives and have a background in health coaching, we want to hear from you!
Major Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one wellness consultations with employees to assess their needs and goals
Develop customized wellness plans and provide ongoing support and accountability
Lead group wellness workshops and seminars on various health topics
Collaborate with the Employee Wellness Manager to design and implement wellness programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Nutrition, Exercise Science, or related field
Certification in Health Coaching or Wellness Coaching preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire others to make positive lifestyle changes
Experience working in a corporate wellness setting is a plus
