Role Summary
We have an immediate need for a talented and hardworking Workday Certified Payroll Lead Consultant to lead the implementations of Workday Payroll solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will have extensive experience implementing Workday US Payroll and will be able to lead a team of consultants to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation of Workday Payroll solutions for our clients
- Provide guidance and support to the project team
- Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget
- Work closely with the client to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Provide training and support to the client's payroll team
- Ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard of quality
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
- Active Workday US Payroll certification Required; Workday Canada payroll and/or UK payroll certificates are a plus!
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading payroll implementations
- Experience as a lead consultant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and design reporting solutions and ensure project success
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to Implementation Consultants and project teams
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all payroll solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Payroll trends and best practices
