SERVPRO Team Skov of Middletown/New Britain, CT, is seeking a Xactimate Construction Estimator who wants to make a meaningful impact in their community. You'll have the chance to help rebuild homes and businesses and make fire and flood damage, "Like It Never Even Happened".

Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00/year

Primary Responsibilities:
- Review and create estimates in Xactimate for projects related to Reconstruction and Restoration
- Review jobs to make sure they have all required documentation in the file
- Maintains relationships with adjusters and communicates updates
- Meet operational goals of Gross Margin, Customer Service, Estimate Turn Around
- Clearly communicate expectations with the estimating team, construction and mitigation project managers, vendors, and local adjusters
- Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements
- Ensure projects are completed within profit range and service level agreements are accomplished
- Follows all TPA and program guidelines
Qualifications:
- Xactimate: 5 years (Required)
- Construction Project Estimating : 5 Years (Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and think critically
- Familiarity with different insurance carriers and their required guidelines
